140 kilometers (87 miles) of prepared and cleared winter hiking trails lead to many idyllic spots- perfect for single hikers or a family. Blue skies and white mountain peaks play the role of silent spectators.
Oberstdorf's cross-country trails make every cross-country skier's heart beat faster and have a lot to offer for beginners and professionals alike. An entrance to one of the most spectacular cross-country skiing trails is located directly in front of our door.
Ten excellently groomed trails await classic cross-country skiers or skaters. Covering 75,000 meters cross-country ski trail meters, everyone will find plenty of room to glide over the snow on skis.
Tobogganing fun for the whole family! Not only children can experience sporty, racing fun, but the grown-ups can also let off some steam for once. For example, tobogganing can be done directly on the slope next to the hotel or on a separate Sause track on the nearby Nebelhorn.
Perhaps you would prefer to be on skates? Then the ice sports center in Oberstdorf is the place to go. There you can do your loops under optimal conditions. Fresh air fanatics will surely find their skating paradise at one of the beautiful natural lakes. By the way, you can also try your hand at curling there.
